✅ 100% refund of the amount paid for cancellations made within 15 days of arrival.

⚖️ 50% refund of the amount paid for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.

❌ No refund (0%) for cancellations made after these deadlines.

🏛️ TOURIST TAX

ℹ️ The tourist tax is not included in the price, unless otherwise communicated by the property.

🌞 €4.00 per person per night in high season ❄️ €2.00 per person per night in low season (January)

📍 The tax applies in the municipalities of Venice and Treviso.

💳 Payment must be made upon arrival or via the payment link provided by the property.

🛏️ LINEN AND CLEANING

🧺 The cost of bed linen and towels, including final cleaning, IS INCLUDED IN THE booking total.
